If you come to regionals and you have not already become a member the walk-in charge this year is $50.00. Contact your regional director if you have questions. PLEASE PREARRANGE THE DROP OFF – just warn me before you show up on my door here at school so I can have people ready to help unload your car or unlock doors.

Artwork for the Statewide All-State sill be accepted March 22-April 9th during the school day. I can accept it during that time but people MUST prearrange the drop off so that I can be in the building. The earlier I receive the work the sooner the whole show can go up.
Please note!!!
My students will hang the show From April 6-9. The judging will be the week of April 12-16. The closing reception will be Sunday April 25th from 2-4pm with awards ceremony at 2:30.
All regional coordinators should plan on coming to the reception to pick up work or should make arrangements to pick up unclaimed work the following week. (this has not always worked – I tend to spend the two days after the reception packing and mailing artwork all over KY and hoping for reimbursement.) (BUT if I don’t get rid of it that first week – my kids cannot prepare for the end of the year art show.)
Shipping Artwork?? Not a problem but if you want it returned please be sure to enclose the return shipping money and or labels.
